All of our prizes are bought in advance at our own cost. We keep all receipts and original packaging so you know the prize is real and exactly as advertised throughout the duration of the competition.

Unlike some draws and competitions, we guarantee a winner for every competition no matter how many tickets are sold – even if we only sell one. The duration of the competition is also fixed and you won’t see it changed. It finishes on the date and time stated, or when the maximum number of entrants is reached.

We work with independent, industry-leading legal and compliance experts LSL Solicitors and Prizeology, who ensure every aspect of the competition following legal and competition-specific regulations.

The competition opening and closing dates are clearly located in the description section of each page. Nonetheless, at the end of every competition, we communicate when the prize announcement will be and showcase this through Instagram and Facebook. The draw and winner announcement will be conducted at least 3 working days after the competition closes. Once the winner has been announced, we immediately call them to arrange the prize delivery.
All of our prizes are delivered by hand where possible and depending upon Covid-19 Government Guidelines. If you take a look at some of our winners’ pages you’ll see them receiving their prize by hand, along with a glass of bubbly to celebrate.

Each prize comes with a proof of purchase and is in its original, branded packaging. Exactly as if you had bought it yourself – only we did it for you.

The maximum number of tickets which can be bought per competition is 10 (unless otherwise stated).

Absolutely! So far, we have hand-delivered prizes as close as London and as far as Edinburgh. We welcome all entries from across the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland.

We create all of our own images here at This Is The Want. The fact we buy all of our prizes in advance means we can create all of our own content and will never take images from Google or other websites.

The fact that we create all of our own images is just another way we can show you that what you’re playing to win is real and the prize is exactly as advertised!
